Charge‑Hydrolysis‑Separation for EV Battery Recycling

Charge-hydrolysis-separation (CHS) process converts spent EV anodes into hydrogen and recovers lithium, graphite, silicon, and copper with lower energy and chemical use.

Cathode material recovery; pyrometallurgy or solvent extraction lines; downstream H2 utilisation infrastructure.

Electrochemical charging of spent EV anodes; hydrolysis/methanolysis; materials separation; process modelling; safety and LCA studies; pilot-scale tests.
